Bundle of Marks

Putsch Marki is a rare form of benign juvenile migraine, described in medical literature for the first time in Russia by B.L. Gelstein in 1963. Surgeons became interested in it and, based on observations of patients, contributed to the development of childhood tumor diseases, compiling the first classification description, creating initial ideas about the clinical picture, methods of diagnosis and treatment of migraine with new goals and unexpected results. The definition of the disease and treatment of the marga bundle lagged significantly behind the progress of cranial surgery; in many countries it was believed that removal of the marga bundle was either pathological or harmful. For 25 years, marga bundles were not considered separately, but only as part of which more than 80% of patients suffering from migratory essential migraine were susceptible to its attacks. Headache is one of the most common reasons for visiting a doctor; migraines account for about 30-40% of all visits to the doctor with headache. Go
