Pulp Cord

The pulp cord is a fibrous tissue consisting of many thin and elastic threads. The word “pulpy” comes from the Old Slavonic name for pulp, and the word “cord” comes from the Northern German. Schnurfe, which means lace. Thus, pulp fiber, or “pulp,” is a finely drawn cord, a cord-like piece of yarn.

Using a pulper is a very common method for lightweight yarns. Various materials from different types of fibers - cotton, wool, flax and silk - are processed by the pulping machine for various purposes. The crumpling machine produces short, loop-shaped fibers; transfers into clothes, bedding, threads or wicks.

The main purpose of producing this equipment is to collect, store and separate silk and fiber. The meek wokombeda threads are re-extruded into a lace form that is well knitted
