Uterine rupture

UTERINE RUPTURE (uteri ruptura) is one of the most severe types of obstetric hemorrhage; occurs when the placental area is separated from the walls of the uterus during childbirth, less often in the 2nd period of pregnancy with subsequent torsion, as well as when parts of the placenta appear in the presenting part of the fetus or its membranes in the 2nd-3rd stages of labor. Uterine ruptures are bleeding caused by the formation of a crack in the uterine wall during pregnancy, childbirth or after it.
