**Ridazine** is a dopamine antagonist neuroleptic created in Jordan. It belongs to the group of phenothiazine derivatives, and has several trade names such as Thioridacin, Apo-thioridacin, Sonopaxit, Theoridan, Thioridin and Tizon. This drug is prescribed for mental disorders such as endogenous depression, acute and chronic schizophrenia, psychomotor conditions and obsessions. However, there are contraindications to taking the drug: hypersensitivity to it, chronic depression, coma, liver and central nervous system diseases, age restrictions (minimum age - 4 years), pregnancy and breastfeeding.
