Treatment for Rift Valley Fever:
The first step for treating Reef Valley fever is identifying the causative agent. If a bacterium is detected, then antibacterial therapy is necessary. Antipyretic drugs and anti-inflammatory drugs are also used. In severe cases, intravenous fluid administration. To relieve symptoms, drink plenty of fluids, a gentle diet and bed rest are advised.
