This disease can be provoked by fungal microorganisms that penetrate the skin through open wounds, abrasions and scratches. You can also become infected with lichen when visiting public baths, saunas, swimming pools, through close contact with an infected person, using his clothes, shoes, bed linen and towels. There is a risk of contamination and household contact with cutlery, hands and the hands of other people.
