Sadomasochism

Sadomasochism is usually called sexual extraction in combination with sadism and masochism. At the same time, people combine these deviations from the direction of their sexual preferences to varying degrees. But before I begin to analyze the essence of the term “sadomaso”, I propose to understand what it means and how it arose.

Sadomasochism is a sexual deviation in which one of the participants or both partners seek pain or humiliation during sexual activity (usually during sexual intercourse, less often - oral-genital contacts and masturbation). Named after two biblical characters: Samson - by association with deliberately rough sexual actions (hence the related phenomena of sexual pleasure from immobilizing a partner, tying up, hanging, strangling, etc.), and David - as a symbol of the accompanying acute experience of danger and strong arousal during sadomasochistic acts[1].
