Heart Failure Latent

Latent heart failure is a syndrome of incomplete cardiac output, when the ventricles of the heart cannot fully contract and fill with blood. This condition can be caused by a variety of factors, including disease of the arteries, blood vessels and heart valves, as well as high blood pressure.
