Skorbut alpine

Scorbutus alpine (or Pellagra) is a disease associated with a deficiency of niacin (vitamin B3). It is characterized by multiple changes in the skin, mucous membranes and nervous system. There are about a hundred diseases that manifest themselves with similar symptoms. Skorbut has differences compared to other manifestations. Symptoms in scurvy can appear both when the concentration of niacin in the body decreases and when synthesis decreases. If there is a deficiency of this substance in the body, alcohol is not utilized, leading to diseases associated with the digestive and nervous systems. Testing for scurvature is available to all patients with complaints of chronic fatigue and other symptoms associated with a decrease in quality of life. To diagnose the disease, blood or urine is taken to identify basic indicators of hemoglobin levels. This test can be performed completely free of charge in any hospital. Vitamin B3 tests are also free of charge. It is important to consider that B vitamins can increase the dose consumed by the patient without harm to the body.
