Spasmo- (Spasmo-)

Spasmo is the word used for spasm. A spasm is a muscle contraction that can occur in response to various factors. For example, a spasm can occur during physical activity, stress or pain.

The word “spasm” is used in medicine to refer to drugs that cause spasm. These medications can be used to treat a variety of conditions, such as muscle or joint pain.

However, it should be remembered that the use of antispasmodics may have side effects such as nausea, vomiting and headache. Therefore, you should consult your doctor before using these medications.

All muscles of the body are affected by spasms. And the abdominal muscles too. What could be the consequences of uncontrolled contractions? First of all, discomfort and pain. One of the simplest causes of spasms is constipation and delayed passage of intestinal contents. The process of defecation itself, in this case, has an unfavorable course, because a liquid or solid mass can remain in the intestines for quite a long time. In addition, their rheology is disrupted, as a result of which fecal stones are formed, which begin to stagnate and increase the retention time of feces in the intestinal lumen. Against this background, bloating and increased gas formation occur. Constipation with cramps over time in itself is unpleasant, and in addition it is further complicated by the fact that these conditions prevent the full absorption of the nutritional value of foods. This means that when eating, there is a deficiency of vitamins, micro- and macroelements found in food. As a result, a deficiency of essential substances occurs throughout the body, but especially in the muscles, where there is an acute shortage of acid and mineral substances. As a result, the person begins to experience increased weakness and pain. Without treatment, this condition can lead to serious diseases, which will be difficult to stop if left untreated. Spastic colitis or typical constipation with spasms are not so dangerous if they are treated in time, because pathological processes can still be eliminated, i.e. completely restore the proper functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. When muscles spasm, breakdown products enter the bloodstream, causing inflammation. Symptoms of intoxication appear - headache, insomnia, lethargy. The sensitivity of the body during panic increases, the feeling of anxiety becomes
