Spazmex

Spazmex is a drug from the group of m-anticholinergics that is used to treat bladder incontinence associated with an overactive detrusor. It contains the active ingredient trospium chloride and is available in two forms - tablets of 15 mg and 5 mg.

Indications for taking Spazmex include urinary incontinence in neurogenic diseases such as strokes, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis and others. The drug can also be used for idiopathic detrusor overactivity and urinary urgency.
