Stereoscope

A stereoscopic device that allows you to reproduce an image consisting of two or more images, each of which reproduces only part of the visual space, i.e. separately **Stereoscope** is one of the first optical instruments that allows you to see a three-dimensional image. Its history dates back to 1838. The prototype of the device can be considered the Wheatstone and Pezzoni tubes, which made it possible to obtain from a flat sheet of paper an image of not only one object, but also a pair located at different distances. Unfortunately, even at that time the device was cumbersome and it did not go into mass production. However, after 30 years, an English optical instrument maker made minor changes and this item began to be used everywhere.
