Joint Multiaxial

A multiaxial joint is a joint that has three axes of rotation and, accordingly, three degrees of freedom. It allows movement in three planes, which makes it very functional and important for our body.

The multispinal joint is especially important for our arms and legs, where it provides freedom of movement in three directions. For example, in the shoulder joint we can move the arm in three planes - forward, backward and sideways. The hip joint also allows us to move in three directions, allowing us to walk and run.

However, the polyspinous joint can also be a problem if it is damaged or does not work properly. For example, if the shoulder joint is injured, we may experience pain and limited movement, which can lead to disability.

In order to maintain the health and functionality of the multispinous joint, it is necessary to monitor its condition and perform exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles surrounding the joint. It is also important to avoid overuse and injury, which can damage the joint and lead to serious consequences.

In general, the multi-spinous joint is an important element of our body and requires careful attention and care.

Today, in orthopedic traumatology, special importance is attached to the prevention of orthopedic diseases. One of the most important is the prevention of osteochondrosis and its complications - impingement syndrome, joint deformities, injuries, etc. In addition to the use of orthopedic products, massage and gymnastics are important. The most important arthroscopic intervention performed for spinal pathology is arthroscopy of the joints, given their important role in the functioning of the entire system. Surgical treatment of diseases of large joints involves arthrodesis, which makes it possible to replace deformed articular surfaces with a prosthesis that ensures mobility of the operated joint. In the treatment of arthrosis, various methods of knee arthroplasty are used, such as: intra-articular injections, organ-preserving operations and synthetic inserts, in which the joint is fixed between the articular surfaces. Reconstructive surgical interventions on the spine include impanoplasty, implantation of the interspinous ligament or plate.
