The sacral-uterine ligament (lat. ligamentum sacrouterinale) is a paired, dense and elastic ligamentous formation that connects the sacrum to the pubic joint (also known as the pubic arch and pubic arch). In Latin it is called l. sacrouterium, may also be known as pubisesqium. On the other hand, it is often associated with the genitourinary angle and the posterior lateral part of the perineum.
