Ulnar accessory ligament

The ulnar accessory ligament (LAC) is an anatomical structure that connects the elbow and carpal joint to the forearm. It consists of the tendons of the finger flexor and extensor muscles of the index, middle and thumb. The ulnar accessory tendon is important for stabilizing and balancing the elbow during movement.

The accessory ulnar ligament plays an important role in maintaining the health and functionality of the elbow.
