Temibutol is an anti-tuberculosis drug of various chemical groups, which is produced in India. The international name of the drug is Ethambutol.
Temibutol is available in the form of 800 mg tablets, 200 mg tablets, 400 mg tablets and 600 mg tablets. The drug is also available in the form of an inhalation aerosol containing 1 mg/dose of the drug.
The main active ingredient of the drug is Ethambutol. It is used to treat tuberculosis.
However, like any medicine, Temibutol has contraindications. These include hypersensitivity, gout, optic neuritis, diabetic retinopathy and renal dysfunction.
