Typhoid Hemorrhagic

Hemorrhagic typhus (Typhus abdominalis hemorrhagicus) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Rochalimaea henselae.

It is characterized by high fever, general malaise, headache, weakness, bleeding, and the appearance of spotty rashes on the skin. During the course of the disease, complications such as meningitis, pyelitis, and endocarditis are possible.
