Tisacid

Tisacid is a medicine for coughs, bronchitis, and colds that can be bought without a prescription. Along with the antitussive effect, tisacid has a choleretic effect, so the drug can cause harm and aggravate the patient’s condition with diseases of the biliary tract. Since tisacid, with long-term use, weakens the immune system by inhibiting leukopoiesis, it should be taken in short courses. It has mild analgesic and antipyretic properties. Although tisacid lowers blood pressure, it does not significantly.
