Toxigenicity

Toxicity in humans and its causes. *Toxicity or toxigenicity* is a negative and quite strong influence of one person on another, which can lead to weakening of health, performance, or the appearance of any physical, mental or even some other diseases. The manifestation of toxicity in a person is based on misunderstanding, alienation, oppression and rudeness in communication, and suppression of natural desires. Why do people become toxic? There is no clear answer to this question in psychology yet, but several typical causes of toxic behavior in people are still identified. Such reasons could be, for example, lack of confidence in oneself or one’s beliefs, unfulfillment and disappointment - someone was unable to realize their hopes and dreams, which led them to toxic behavior. It may also be due to personal and family issues or the person's character, age or culture. Toxic relationships between people begin with everyday emotional intimacy and personal secrets from each other. This brings them very close to each other, making them similar and bringing them closer together. This close relationship then turns hostile and negative. As a result, scandals occur, fights between loved ones, misunderstandings, depression and shame for something on the part of the victim. Even with the best intentions, not everyone around them is perceived as who their loved ones would like them to be. An unhealthy atmosphere has a negative impact on health and well-being.
