Traube Theory Narcosis

Traube is a German physician known for his work in the fields of anesthesia and surgery. His scientific activity was focused on studying the effectiveness of various types of anesthesia and their effect on the patient's body. At the end of the 19th century, he developed a theory of anesthesia, which is still widely used in anesthesiological practice.

Traube believed that before administering anesthesia, the patient should be psychologically prepared for anesthesia. He suggested special preparation for the patient, including conversations about the condition of the body and how to behave during surgery. In addition, Traube emphasized the importance of using pain medications to help reduce pain.
