Cracks on the leg

Cracks in the leg are sometimes caused by bad fumes, and sometimes they are caused by dry and rough skin. In general, vapor dispersants often help.

Cracks can be repaired by constantly placing the foot in hot water and rubbing oil and lard into it, especially goat's lard, cow's lard and bone marrow, slightly thickened with wax, and also, and especially, castor bean oil, lard of mutton legs and Chinese oil - it very strong. Oil dripping from a fat tail exposed to the fire also helps - it is very good. Henna is also very good, especially henna mixed with a decoction of harmala; grape juice is also good. Cracks in the legs are treated with these remedies, and if they do not work and adhesive medicines are needed to fill the cracks - this is sometimes treated after bathing and immersing the foot in hot water, then in such medicines you should put tragacanth, turned into dust by pounding and rubbing, - this is a wonderful tool. Or they take wax, sesame oil, turpentine tree resin and liquid maya, bind them and fill the cracks - this works wonderfully. Kitran with ground sesame is also very wonderful, and incense rubbed with oils and fats is very useful, as well as an ointment made from burnt crayfish rubbed with olive oil - it works better and faster for cracked hands.

Or they take the inside of a sea onion bulb, boil it in olive oil, dilute turpentine tree resin in it and apply it to the cracks; one turpentine tree resin in olive oil is also excellent. They also use porridge made from castor bean flour, ground with a small amount of water, which is applied to the heel; castor bean cakes themselves are good for chronic ulcerating cracks. Either they take equal amounts of lead oxide, wax, olive oil, honey and prepare a thickened ointment from this, or they use a decoction of crayfish with sesame oil, or they also take the sludge of olive oil with goose fat and turpentine tree resin.

A good treatment method that we use. Take tragacanth, grind it into dust, add polypodium roots in half the amount of tragacanth, grated amber and incense - three parts of both, turpentine tree resin - twice as much tragacanth, bind it all with castor oil and consume.

We say that whoever lubricates his heels with oil every evening, without missing a day, is protected from cracks in his feet.
