Composition - Active substance - triamcinolone.
Indications for use - Adrenal insufficiency, autoimmune thyroiditis, hypercalcemia in malignant neoplasms, psoriatic arthritis, gouty and rheumatoid arthritis (including juvenile), ankylosing spondylitis, bursitis, tenosynovitis, post-traumatic osteoarthritis, epicondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatic carditis, pemphigus, Stevens syndrome - Johnson, erythema multiforme, dermatitis (exfoliative, herpetiform, bullous, seborrheic, contact, atonic), psoriasis, allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, serum or drug sickness, allergic conjunctivitis, keratitis, iridocyclitis, sarcoidosis, Loeffler's syndrome, borreliosis, aspiration pneumonia, Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura of adults, secondary thrombocytopenia of adults, anemia (autoimmune hemolytic, hereditary hypoplastic), erythroblastopenia, acute or chronic lymphograilia, lymphogranulomatosis, non -proprietary lymphomas, cancer of the mammary gland, prostate cancer, male disease, male disease, tuberculosis faculty NGIT, acute lympholecosis in children, nephrotic syndrome, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, hyperthermia in malignant neoplasms.
Contraindications - Hypersensitivity, systemic mycoses, glaucoma, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, impaired renal function, osteoporosis, acute viral and bacterial infections, pregnancy, breastfeeding (stop during treatment), children under six years of age.
Side effects - Insomnia, anxiety, withdrawal syndrome (adrenal insufficiency), secondary immunodeficiency (exacerbation of chronic infectious diseases, generalization of the infectious process, development of opportunistic infections), slowdown of reparative processes, steroid diabetes mellitus, Itsenko-Cushing syndrome, arterial hypertension, myocardial dystrophy, cardiac arrhythmias, edema, muscle weakness, muscle atrophy, osteoporosis, multiple caries, spontaneous fractures, growth retardation in children, steroid gastric ulcers, intestinal atony, tendency to thrombus formation, skin atrophy at the site of application, hypertrichosis, striae, folliculitis, maceration or dryness skin, allergic reactions.
Interaction - Reduces the effectiveness of oral hypoglycemic agents, insulin, antihypertensive and diuretic drugs, somatotropin. When combined with viral vaccines, it promotes the replication of viral particles and/or reduces the production of antibodies. Increases the side effects of NSAIDs, cytostatics and immunosuppressants.
Overdose - Symptoms: Itsenko-Cushing syndrome, hyperglycemia, glucosuria, skin irritation at the site of application, itching, burning. Treatment: maintenance of vital functions (while gradually withdrawing the drug).
