UHF Therapy

Ultrahigh-frequency therapy (UHF) is a method of treating various diseases by exposing the body to high-frequency electromagnetic waves.

Such waves allow certain physiological responses to be achieved, including increased blood flow, normalization of body temperature, strengthening of the immune system and suppression of inflammation. In addition, UHF therapy helps strengthen the body’s connective tissue and improve skin tone.

The effects of UHF therapy become noticeable after the first procedure, but a course of treatment may be required to achieve a positive result. The duration depends on the type of disease and the individual characteristics of the body, but usually ranges from 5 to 15 procedures. To prevent disease or strengthen the immune system, treatment for several days is usually sufficient.

An important advantage of UHF therapy is the possibility of its use for the treatment and prevention of various diseases, not only in medical institutions, but also at home, without the need to use complex medical devices. The effectiveness of UHF exposure has been proven by many years of research. But before you start using this method for treatment or prevention, you should consult your doctor or physical therapist.
