Vaqueza disease, also known as Osler's disease, is a rare hereditary disease characterized by damage to blood vessels, primarily arterioles and venules. At the same time, they are gradually replaced by connective tissue. The development of the disease is associated with a mutation in the WAS gene. This disease does not have signs and symptoms characteristic of other autonomic pathologies.
