Vacuum Excochleation

Vacuum extraction is an abortion method that uses a vacuum extractor to remove the fertilized egg from the uterine cavity. This method is used if the pregnancy cannot be terminated by other methods, such as medical abortion or surgical abortion.

Vacuum excochleation is performed during pregnancy up to 12 weeks. This method is the most effective and safe for women, as it does not require surgery and does not leave scars on the body.

Before vacuum excochleation, a woman undergoes an examination by a gynecologist to ensure that there are no contraindications to this procedure. After this, the doctor sets a date for the procedure and prepares the woman for it.

The vacuum excochleation procedure is performed in a gynecological office under local anesthesia. The doctor inserts a catheter into the uterus and creates a vacuum in the tube, which allows the fertilized egg to be removed from the uterus. After removal of the fertilized egg, the woman should be under the supervision of a doctor for several hours to ensure that the procedure was successful.

After vacuum excochleation, a woman may be prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce the risk of complications. A woman should also monitor her health and undergo regular examinations with a gynecologist for several months after the procedure.

Although vacuum excoleation is an effective and safe method for early pregnancy termination, it is not recommended for women who do not want to have children in the future. If a woman does not want to terminate her pregnancy, she should consult a doctor to look for other methods of termination.
