Valerianahel: homeopathic sedative from Germany

Valerianahel is a homeopathic medicine produced by Biologische Heilmittel Heel GmbH in Germany. It is a sedative that is used to treat conditions of restlessness, anxiety, neurasthenia, increased nervous excitability, fear and insomnia. Additionally, it can be used to relieve teething pain.

The main active ingredient of Valerianahel is valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis). The composition also includes extracts of hops (Humulus lupulus), hawthorn (Crataegus), St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) and oats (Avena sativa). In addition, the drug contains Acidum picrinicum D5, Kalium bromatum D1 and Ammonium brom.

The drug has no contraindications, side effects or data on interactions with other drugs. There is also no data on an overdose of Valerianahel.

Valerianahel is available in the form of drops, which are recommended to be taken diluted in a small amount of water. The dosage is determined individually depending on the patient's condition.
