Vein Hemorrhoidal Medium

Hemorrhoidal vein (venae haemorrhoidales) is a group of veins that is located in the anal canal and connects to the rectum and uterus through the venous nodes of the hemorrhoidal plexus. The blood supply to the middle hemorrhoidal venous node is carried out primarily through the lower part of the iliac vein. The blood circulation processes through them are peristaltic in nature, ensuring full function. With hemorrhoids, the outflow of blood from the veins of the hemorrhoids into the large hemorrhoidal sinus of the anal venous system increases. Chronic thrombophlebitis of the external hemorrhoidal veins can cause the development of a trophic ulcer of the vestibule, and if a focus of inflammation occurs directly at the ampulla of the rectum, it can threaten the patient’s life.
