Dosage forms: injection solution 100mg/5ml, capsules 50mg
Composition: Active ingredient - etoposide.

Indications for use: Small cell lung cancer, testicular cancer, chorionic carcinoma, Ewing's sarcoma, Kaposi's sarcoma, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, breast cancer, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, lymphogranulomatosis, acute myeloid leukemia.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, impaired liver and kidney function, pregnancy.

Side effects: Inhibition of hematopoiesis, necrotic enteropathy, toxic hepatitis, arterial hypotension (with rapid intravenous administration), cardiac dysfunction. Rarely - central nervous system lesions, reversible alopecia, phlebitis at the injection site, allergic reactions.

Interaction: Concomitant use with other cytostatics increases the risk of developing myelosuppression.

Overdose: No information.

Special instructions: Treatment should be carried out by a doctor with experience in chemotherapy, and in the presence of conditions necessary to relieve complications of treatment (sterile box, sufficient arsenal of antibiotics, the possibility of replacement therapy with blood components).
