Vitasharm: multivitamin preparation for skin, hair and nails

Vitasharm is a multivitamin preparation produced in Russia by the company Veropharm/Belgorod branch. It is intended for adult patients in complex therapy and contains useful vitamins necessary to maintain healthy skin, hair and nails.

The composition of Vitasharma includes retinol acetate (vitamin A), thiamine chloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), nicotinamide and calcium pantothenate. Each tablet contains 5.68 mg of retinol acetate (16,500 IU) and 5 mg of each of the other vitamins.

Vitacharm is recommended for improving the structure of the skin and the appearance of hair and nails, strengthening hair follicles and nails, preventing disorders that occur in the skin due to vitamin deficiency, as well as for treating various skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis, ichthyosis and hyperkeratosis.

However, the drug has some contraindications and possible side effects. Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, cholelithiasis and chronic pancreatitis are contraindications to the use of Vitasharma. Allergic reactions to the components of the drug are possible.

It is important not to exceed the recommended daily dose and not to take it concomitantly with other multivitamin preparations containing vitamin A and B vitamins to prevent the development of hypervitaminosis A.
