Cerebellar-Olivary fibers

The fibers of the cerebellar nucleus (vermis) for the glossopharyngeal nerve (X) are a union of branches of the spinal and spinal ganglia on both sides of the dura mater, passing through the cervical flexure and the opening in the canal of the greater medullary bone at the junction of the latter with the jugular notch, where they are located between the digastric muscle and the medial vocal cord.
