Yersinia Pseudotuberculosis

Yersenia Pseudotuberculosis is a bacterium that causes a disease known as pseudo-tuberculosis (or yersiniosis). It is the causative agent of various forms of diseases, such as typhoid fever, peptic ulcer, conjunctivitis, pneumonia and others.

Symptoms of infection depend on the form of the disease. Common symptoms include fever, headache, malaise, fatigue, muscle and joint pain. Some people may also experience vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, and conjunctivitis.

Yersenia Pseudobuberculosa is transmitted through contact with contaminated soil, water or animals. A person can become infected from an animal by contact with its feces or urine. It is also possible to become infected by eating undercooked food from contaminated or contaminated soil.

Treatment of infection is based on antibiotics, which are selected individually for each patient. Depending on the severity of the disease, therapy can last from several days to several months.
