Zeiss Iron

Zeisa Zheleza is a German traumatologist and surgeon, born in Zurich in 1817. He specialized in the treatment of fractures, and through his work, people became more aware of the importance of proper care of broken limbs and their prompt treatment.

Iron's career was quite successful, he was accepted into the universities of Vienna, Göttingen and Berlin and received the title of professor in Paris in 1847. Along with Sigmund Freud, Brain Hoffmann and other doctors, Zeitz Zheleza became known as one of the pioneers of medical psychology.

His ability to bring about recovery for patients despite difficulties was also an important part of his work. Zhelez believed in hard work and did his best to stay in good shape, which helped him stay healthy and live to the age of 51.

Zheleza left many scientific works, but his main contribution to medicine was the treatment of fractures. His interest in this area was quite remarkable, given that such principles as rehabilitation regimen and physical therapy were already known.
