3. With added milk. Pour lukewarm milk into the mud powder (2 tablespoons).
4. On herbs. An infusion of mint leaves and an infusion of chamomile (1 tbsp each) should be poured into the mud powder (2 tbsp).

Based on activated carbon

1. Traditional. Grind three tablets of the above product to a powder, pour into the resulting warm milk or water and mix everything thoroughly.
2. With added gelatin. Grind one tablet of activated carbon to a powder, add 1 tsp to it. gelatin and 2 tsp. milk (cold). After stirring thoroughly, put in the microwave for 15 seconds and wait until the mixture cools.
3. With the addition of black clay. Combine one crushed tablet of activated carbon with one teaspoon of clay. Then pour in the resulting warm milk (1 tbsp) and add gelatin powder (1 tsp). The finished product should be left for about fifteen minutes.
4. With the addition of rose water. Mix one crushed base tablet with rose water (2 tbsp) and a couple of drops of tea tree oil (essential oil).
5. With the addition of yogurt. Combine one crushed tablet of base with two tablespoons of yogurt (natural), add fresh lemon juice (1 tsp) to the mixture.
6. With the addition of aloe juice. Add 1 tsp to two tablets of crushed base. aloe juice and a couple of drops of tea tree oil, add 1 tsp. coarse sea salt and dilute it all with 1 tbsp. l. plain water.
