You have already learned from Book One what crushing and rupture mean. As for stretching, in this case an organ moves away from its joint, but does not move completely, and the departure is not visible or noticeable - otherwise it would be a dislocation. Relaxation is something less than stretching, and it is, as it were, suffering due to tension of the ligaments in the joint and in the meat surrounding them; if there is the slightest displacement, then there is a stretch. Some people call relaxation and the phenomenon that we called stretching by one common name, and others call stretching the movement of an organ on one side of a joint, for example, that side of an ankle or wrist, with the other side remaining in place, although it is clearly a movement. First of all, we want to talk about the collapse that occurs in the middle of the tire and the rupture of its ends.
When a muscle is crushed, numerous discontinuities arise between its particles, into which a lot of blood is necessarily poured, and this inevitably causes swelling. In the best case, blood accumulates and rots there, because there is too much damage to hope that the blood will resolve through the pores, especially through pores narrowed by pressure from the outside of a crushing object or from the pressure of a tumor from the inside. Therefore, if measures are not taken, the organ will rot.
Often, after a crush, fall or blow, bumps appear, and they should be treated as soon as possible so that they do not turn into cancer. If there is a rupture, you should not try to restore the continuity of the torn fibers and it is better to soothe the pain.
