Methods of using essential oils - Aroma lamp

Aroma lamps have been widely used for a long time. Now this old tradition is being revived. With the help of aroma lamps, they not only aromatize the air, but also destroy pathogenic bacteria. Recommendations. Pour water into the aroma lamp bowl, add a few drops of essential oil and light the candle. The oil gradually evaporates from the surface of the slowly heating water, filling the room with aroma. The duration of the procedure can vary from 10-15 minutes (for children and pregnant women) to 3 hours, it is done no more than 1-2 times a day.

It is advisable to conduct aromatherapy sessions during epidemics of infectious diseases in kindergartens, schools, work premises, clinics and hospitals.

If you have not yet purchased an aroma lamp, pour hot (no higher than 45-50°C) water into a glass, ceramic or porcelain bowl and add essential oil. The bowl can be placed in a warm place (for example, on a heating radiator) so that the water does not cool down so quickly.
