According to the generally accepted classification, all skin tones should be divided into cold, warm and neutral. Olive skin does not fall under any of these types, being a complex, complex undertone.

They have a bright eye color, brown or green, and their natural hair color is often darker than chestnut. Due to the contrast in their image, these girls are classified as a cold, winter color type.

Despite the different undertones, ladies of winter and summer types with olive skin are recommended to use the same cool and pure colors when choosing clothes and makeup. These are mint, emerald, gray or silver, cold burgundy or blue. In this case, you should avoid peach, brick and other warm shades, which can make your face look tired and unhealthy.

4. Eyes. Dark or chocolate shades will not suit brown hair and olive skin. It is enough to use black or dark brown eyeliner, distributing it between the eyelashes of the lower and upper eyelids. Apply shimmering light shadows under the eyebrows to refresh your look. Mascara is applied in two layers.
5. The lips are lightly powdered, after which a berry or red shade is used. Then lipstick is applied, avoiding violation of the contour boundaries. You can drop a little gloss into the middle of the lower lip, this will add juiciness and seductiveness to them.

Who is suitable for foundation with cool undertones?

First of all, we are talking about girls with a cold color type of appearance. The division of color types into warm and cold is the most general classification; It won't be difficult to figure out which of these two categories you fall into. There are several ways to find out.

First, you can take a closer look at your skin by holding a piece of white paper to your face. Against its background, it will immediately become clear what kind of skin you have - with warm or cool undertones.

Secondly, you can remember which jewelry suits you best: gold usually looks better on warm-toned skin, and silver is in harmony with a “cold” appearance.

Cool shades of foundation

Cool foundation colors differ depending on the individual characteristics of the skin for which they are produced. Cold toned foundations are as follows.

Porcelain

This is usually one of the lightest shades available in foundation collections. It is used by girls with pale, thin skin that looks transparent: veins are visible through it. In this case, porcelain foundation evens out and “thickens” the tone, helping the skin gain a fresh and healthy look.

Ivory

In this shade, beige is mixed with yellow pigments, which, however, does not make it warm. It is suitable for those who have fair skin, but cannot be called pale.

Light beige

A sandy shade, in which the addition of ash-gray is noticeable, is an option for girls of a cool color type with medium-toned skin.

Olive

When a girl with blond hair (meaning natural blond) has a cold color type, then the skin is most often also very light, sometimes even pale. In this case, the choice will be limited to the two lightest shades of foundation: porcelain and ivory.

Foundation for brunettes

Porcelain shade and ivory color are also suitable for brunettes with the “winter” color type. However, there are girls with dark hair and medium-toned skin, which is distinguished by a cool grayish undertone. Then it is better to use an olive shade of cream or sandy beige without red.
