The manufacturer claims that the serum is able to replenish the lack of moisture in tissues and retain water in cells throughout the day, which also helps smooth out fine wrinkles.

The texture of the product is liquid and watery. The serum is easily distributed and instantly absorbed into the skin, giving it radiance, refreshing and improving complexion. Enhances the effect of day or night creams and masks. Does not leave a sticky feeling. The volume of the bottle is 25 ml.

Russian serum from Librederm with hyaluronic acid, enzymes and pomegranate extract promises to deeply moisturize the skin and protect it from further moisture loss, stimulate natural collagen production, smooth out fine wrinkles and make the face healthier and fresher. An ultra-concentrated serum from the German organic brand Nonicare with the juice of the exotic noni fruit and extracts of medicinal plants is designed to actively moisturize the skin, eliminating the uncomfortable feeling of tightness and smoothing the face, saturate cells with valuable substances and protect against negative external influences. Many eco-bloggers praise this serum and call it the best serum for dry skin.

The texture of the product is liquid, slightly sticky, slippery. The serum is recommended to be used in courses from two weeks to a month, which can be repeated no more than four times a year. It fits well under the cream, does not roll, makes the skin smooth, nourished and silky. Bottle volume - 20 ml.

I consider ANR from Estee Lauder to be my best serum. This is the ideal product for me: it moisturizes perfectly, gives a healthy, rested look, combines with all products, and, I hope, works incl. for the future, slowing down the aging process of the skin. But every time after I run out of a large bottle of this serum of 50 ml, which lasts me for 3 months (and on strawberries I found bottles of 75 and even 100 ml!), I get terribly bored with it and then I I use new and some old serums from time to time. I dare to present to your attention those used over the last year (or a little more).

First, I’ll tell you about serums and concentrates, which I discovered this year. The funds are given in no particular order.

1. Rejuvenating concentrate Juvelia Cure Concentrate Plus from Juvena (Juvena Juvelia Cure Concentrate Plus)

Detailed description

In a round box, 14 ampoules of 1.5 ml each are tightly packed (each ampoule is filled approximately halfway) with round caps, which suggests an analogy with mushrooms. You take out such a mushroom at night, unscrew the lid, pour a little product into your palm (it is quite liquid, translucent, with a slight pearlescent tint and a delicate, unobtrusive smell), rub it between your palms and apply it to your face and neck. Absorbs quickly. On top is the usual night cream. And so on for 28 days in a row.

There is certainly an effect from the product: the skin became radiant, soft, and took on a healthy appearance. To be fair, I note that I spent 2 weeks of the month of testing on vacation in the fresh air, slept well and ate solid fruits and seafood :)

2. Intensive moisturizing serum for dehydrated skin from Clarins - Clarins HydraQuench Intensive Serum Bi-Phase

The serum is enclosed in a small blue glass bottle, has a convenient dispenser with a cap, and is very economical to use - 30 ml lasted me for almost 3 months, provided that I like to bathe in the product and used the serum morning and evening. It is a light, non-greasy, transparent water of a blue hue. Shake before use, then apply to face. Then I apply the usual day cream (I used the serum with creams from 3 brands, I didn’t notice much of a change, i.e. it is universal for any cream, like ANR). It is absorbed very quickly, and I immediately noticed how my face turns pink and becomes softer before my eyes. The effect after the serum is the same as after a moisturizing mask, like Uriage. And it also seems to me that the effect is quite long-term - the serum has been running out for about 3 months, and the skin still has no problems with hydration. Satisfied, in a word. I'll buy more.

3. Gatineau Mateliance Purifying Regulating Serum (Oily Skin)

The serum is enclosed in a transparent bottle with a dispenser; it has a very liquid texture, almost water with a slight floral scent, which makes it very economical. It spreads easily over the face, is well absorbed and can be combined with any facial products that I have tried (from regular day creams to creams with SPF). The only thing it does not do as stated by the manufacturer is that it does not remove traces of acne (however, perhaps this requires more time), but everything else - a decrease in sebum secretion, an astringent and soothing effect, plus good hydration - is pure truth. I use it in the morning because I have Defi Lift 3D serum at night.

I can’t say anything about the “formation of additional connections in the intercellular space” - my mitochondria are not sending signals yet :)

5. Concentrated serum Fresh for 24-hour hydration from Nuxe - Nuxe’s Sérum Crème Fraîche de Beauté 24 Hr Moisturizing Anti-fatigue Concentrate

Product Details

Whey is white, milky in consistency, but not as liquid as milk, but thicker; with a delicate scent, quickly absorbed, without stickiness. I used it every day, morning and evening, all over my face and eye area. I used it both with my “native” product - Fresh emulsion, and with Merveance cream - the serum behaves excellently with both products and does not clump. It also goes well with any eye cream (I used it with Decleor and Shiseido creams), and does not conflict with concealer. It does not provide a clear lifting effect, but the manufacturer does not promise such an effect. The face is immediately “nourished”, freshened, and even the pores brighten. A very worthy product, I will buy more.

The serum is so “siliconey,” as I call serums of this consistency - cloudy in color, a little slimy, like jelly; It absorbs quickly, goes well with all skincare products, and makeup can be applied to it without any problems. It evens out the texture of the skin, noticeably improves the complexion, gives a feeling of smoothness of the skin and even seems to tighten the pores (or is this a purely visual effect). Economical - a 7 ml jar was enough for me for a couple of weeks of daily use in the morning and evening.

I liked the serum, and I was thinking about purchasing a large bottle - but only until I got hooked on the beautician and started reading about the ingredients. So the acquisition is still in question, fortunately, strawberries are constantly tempting with something new.

7. Balea Urea Sos-serum

I bought this serum “on a tip” - I read about its amazing properties and was impressed. It is quite liquid, white in color, and has a sweetish smell. It is quickly absorbed and quickly relieves redness, irritation, peeling and dryness. Despite the fact that it is recommended especially for dry skin, I can safely use it for my combination skin, if necessary. My husband uses it constantly at night to relieve irritation after shaving.

“Oldies” are serums that I have bought more than once.

1. Lifting serum Phytochoc from Nuxe - Nuxe Phytochoc Lifting Serum Face and Eye Contour

The serum is in a small 15 ml bottle, transparent, somewhat sticky, and has a floral scent. It is easy to apply to the face and is quickly absorbed, but if you overdo it (I like to bathe in serum), then your fingers will stick for a while when patting your face (I do a little facial massage when applying serums). It immediately gives a noticeable lifting effect - the face is refreshed and the skin becomes more elastic, pleasant and soft to the touch. It doesn’t give a strong mattification, but my face is like this - no matter how much you matte it, after a maximum of 3-4 hours everything starts to shine again. I apply it every day, morning and evening, under cream, makeup stays on well, concealer does not conflict with serum.

Summary: very pleasant to use and really works.

2.Dr. Scheller Naturkosmetik Arganol Intensiv Serum

I grabbed this serum a couple of years ago in Frankfurt, in another chain - I liked it, I took all three types that were in the store - they were also very good. The product has a liquid texture, enclosed in a brown glass jar (stylized as cosmetic preparations of the early twentieth century) with a pipette. Absorbs quickly, saturating the skin with moisture. Compatible with all creams. which I used with her. Doesn't clog pores. It has a good composition, judging by the reviews - the brand was one of the first to receive the appropriate certification in Germany.

3. Facial capsules Balea Feuchtigkeits-Konzentrat

1 capsule is used for 1 application 1 time per day: cut off (or tear off) the tail of the capsule and smear the contents onto your face. The brand has several types of capsules, my favorite are these green ones (with avocado oil). I use it as a serum - after toner, but before applying cream, or under an alginate mask. The face takes on a fresh look, well hydrated and glowing.

4. Vitamin concentrates in ampoules

There are also several types of them in drogeria DM, I like this one the most, Balea 7 Tage Ampullen Kur. They are all designed for 1 week of overnight use. The tip of the ampoule breaks off, the contents are poured into my palms, I rub the liquid between them and apply it to the face, neck and décolleté with patting movements. Night cream is applied on top. The face likes it - it takes on a rested, fresh look.

5. Merveillance Serum from Nuxe - Nuxe Serum Merveillance

Since I haven’t written about it before, I’ll tell you a little more in detail than about other products.

The serum goes well with all my skincare products, but I see the most striking effect (skin radiance, relieving fatigue and moisturizing) when combined with Nuxe Etincelante Gentle Radiance Care Emulsion. It has a magical Nyux scent. As soon as I began to understand something about the ingredients, it became clear that the serum’s composition was not so great (correct me if I’m wrong), but I’ll still buy it more than once.

Eye serums. There are much fewer of them - a 15 ml serum, like an eye cream, takes me an average of 3 months, while I like to bathe in facial serums, and I smear not only my face, but also my neck.

1. Orlane B21 Extreme Line Reducing Care Eye Contour, a product that smoothes lines around the eyes Bi21 Extreme

Detailed description

An excellent product that has really reduced my wrinkles under my eyes (not that there are a lot of them, but they are all mine). It perfectly moisturizes the skin under the eyes, refreshes, is quickly absorbed, giving the eyes a slight glow (even though I don’t see any reflective particles in it with the naked eye). I use it with both Gatineau eye cream (reviewed below) and Decleor Triple Action eye cream - it doesn’t conflict with either product. Every now and then I realize that I need to put it in the refrigerator in order to enjoy the pleasant coolness under my eyes in the morning, but it also nourishes my eyes very, very warmly. I recommend.

2. Kanebo Sensai Cellular Performance Advanced Recovery Concentrate For Eyes

Detailed description

The product was purchased as a serum for eye cream (Decleor, then replaced by Shiseido). Despite this, it can also be used as an independent product - it is quite dense and moisturizes well. I applied it morning and evening, on the orbital bone, after which I did a light massage of this very bone with patting movements. It has an unobtrusive odor and is economical to use due to its dense texture.

To be honest, I didn’t see the wow effect - good hydration, but nothing more. The wrinkles around the eyes have not gone away, and the B21 Extreme Line Reducing Care Eye Contour serum from Orlaine, which I use now, works much better. Perhaps it’s all about the manufacturer’s recommendation - “the best results will come from the comprehensive use of the Sensai Cellurar Performance line,” but I believe that an excellent product is one that does not require dancing with tambourines and purchasing the entire line of products. I also cannot check the mysterious phrase “direct effect on mitochondria” - perhaps everything is fine with my mitochondria after using the product, but I would like to remove wrinkles :)

Without much enthusiasm - I used it for a couple of weeks and gave it to my husband, however, this is not a reproach for the serum - I just already received the product from Kanebo and was eager to try it.

6. Protective and restorative complex for the skin around the eyes from Estee Lauder - Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Recovery Complex

I remember that at one time there were whole battles on the IDB forum regarding whether this product should be considered an eye serum or an independent product. On the manufacturer’s website they wrote that it was a serum, brand consultants insisted that you could use it yourself, but I, like a maniac who likes to smear everything and more on myself, smeared it just like a serum under eye cream. And I liked it so much that I smeared 3 cans on myself *layed down in a trench* - it gave smoothness to the skin, freshness to the look and a general feeling of hydration. I even washed the same spatula with a ball of product every day, as I was taught:) Quite economical - the ball was just enough to smear both eyes. True, after reading at the beautician about the ingredients and the opinions of the girls, I wondered if the occasional reddish inflammation at the bone was caused by the serum. So now I'm thinking about it. Should I take it again? Fortunately, there is a lot of choice on the cosmetics market.
