How to avoid losing a bodybuilding competition due to annoying little things?

In this short article I would like to draw your attention, dear readers, to some seemingly insignificant little things that a professional bodybuilder should not forget about. Those very little things that can cost you a prize step on the podium...

As you know, bodybuilding is a very subjective sport. I mean, tournament judging is very subjective. For example, long jump - everything is clear here:

  1. no spade?
  2. did you jump the furthest?
  3. Did the photography capture it all?

…if the answer to all three questions is “yes!”, then you are a winner! And unconditional! No one will even put a word in against your victory...

In bodybuilding, everything is completely different. Any more or less bodybuilding competition and, accordingly, the beauty of the inflated bodies of its participants are assessed by judges. And who they will give preference to - only God knows. Moreover, they can find fault with literally everything:

  1. uneven haircut.
  2. untanned body.
  3. “non-statutory” swimming trunks.
  4. ...yes, anything.

Well, as for insufficiently developed, unharmonious-looking difficult muscles (the forearms and shins - the Achilles heel of all young bodybuilders), or excessive wateriness of the body - I won’t even mention - these are at least some objective nit-picking...

But when your body looks flawless, you and 10 other athletes use everything possible...

It is for this reason that at any competition every bodybuilder tries to look perfect, so as not to give even a drop of doubt that he is the best, that he is the most worthy, that he is a real Champion!

When entering the stage of a serious tournament, do not forget about a high-quality tan - it is believed that a tanned body looks much more impressive, and the muscles visually appear more voluminous and prominent. Also, be sure to use some good body oil - your skin will shine and attract the eyes of spectators, which will add an additional plus to your program. But just don’t overdo it with oil, because they can also deduct points for this...

Your hair should be washed clean. Hairstyle – impeccable, meeting all competition requirements (long patties covering the shoulders and neck are not allowed).

Remember: everything is important to win the bodybuilding tournament! And even such, seemingly at first glance, insignificant little things that we discussed in this article. After all, it’s the little things that make up the overall picture of you! And a truly great Champion should not even have a reason for any disadvantage. Keep this in mind.
