Dosage forms: powder for the preparation of an injection solution 1g, powder for the preparation of an oral solution 200mg, powder for the preparation of an oral solution, powder for the preparation of an injection solution, suppositories 200mg, suppositories 600mg

Composition: Active ingredient - Lysine acetylsalicylate.

Indications for use: Fever syndrome, pain syndrome (including rheumatic pain); prevention of thrombosis.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, diseases accompanied by hemorrhagic syndrome, pregnancy (3rd trimester).

Side effects: Dyspeptic symptoms and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, gastrointestinal bleeding, hemorrhagic syndrome; tinnitus, hearing loss, headaches; allergic reactions (anaphylaxis, rash, bronchospasm, etc.).

Interaction: Strengthens the effect of methotrexate, oral hypoglycemic agents (sulfonylurea derivatives), weakens the effect of uricosuric drugs. The risk of bleeding increases when used simultaneously with direct and indirect anticoagulants.

Overdose: Symptoms: tinnitus, hearing loss, severe headaches. Treatment: correction of acid-base balance (infusion of solutions of sodium bicarbonate, citrate, etc.).

Special instructions: Prescribe with caution if there is a history of gastroduodenal ulcers, renal failure, asthma, gout, menorrhagia, or the presence of an intrauterine contraceptive device.
