Aeroion

Aeroions are electrically charged particles that are formed in the atmosphere during the interaction of sunlight and air molecules. They are an integral part of the environment and play an important role in the process of energy exchange between the atmosphere and the surface of the Earth, as well as between the biosphere and space.

Aeroions are formed when air molecules are ionized under the influence of ultraviolet radiation from the Sun, cosmic rays or artificial radiation sources. As they move into the atmosphere, air molecules pass through layers of different densities and temperatures, causing them to change their charge and move toward Earth or into space.

One of the most interesting aspects of air ions is their effect on the human body and the environment. When air ions are inhaled, they can affect the functions of the lungs, nervous and immune systems, and also cause certain diseases.
