Airborne disease

Air sickness is another name for motion sickness. This condition manifests itself in the form of weakness, sweating, dizziness, yawning, nausea and vomiting. Some people who suffer from airsickness experience stomach upset, diarrhea, sore eyes, colic, rapid heartbeat and dizziness. Some argue that the sensations of airsickness are similar to those that occur during changes in atmospheric pressure, when thirst and weakness occur.

Motion sickness can develop due to stimulation of the body's vestibular apparatus, for example, by the visual system or the auditory network of the nervous system. The vestibular system controls balance and the sense of movement in space. The limbic system is responsible for activating this network.
