Amyotonia

**Amyotonia** is a group of hereditary conduction disorders that are caused by disturbances in either normal muscle contractility or normal rest between contractions. Clinically, the disease is manifested by weak muscle contraction force. In the early stages of the disease, people become lethargic, slow to respond to physical stimuli, and their speed increases. At a later stage, there is a transition to less active activities, including gait with the help of crutches or wheelchairs. This disease has both genetics
