The expression “Andoga raspators” appeared for one simple reason: at the site of production of these electrical wires is the city of Andoga, located on the banks of the Andoga River in the Vologda region. It is believed that the residents of this city came up with a technology for the production of electrical wires, which made it possible to improve the quality and increase the power of electric current in general. From then on, the raspers got their name and became associated with the Andoga region.

Typically, the term "raspatory" is used in industry, but is also found in everyday life, for example when it comes to making it easier to remove paint or glue. Rasppers come in a variety of types and designs, but in general they are tools that allow you to easily remove unwanted materials from a surface.
