Aneurysm Venous

Cavities with pulsating contents protruding from the walls of the artery in its lumen are arteriovenous aneurysms. They can be congenital, when there are diseases that lead to abnormal growth of aneurysms and introduced during surgery if the vessel is damaged. Severe pain at the base of the skull with initial signs of general symptoms with pulsation of the aneuryma and exacerbation of pain after an episode of headache are diagnostic signs.

A.Venosa. It is the most common type of cerebral aneurysm. Causes: Hereditary vascular anomalies, closed craniocerebral injuries, arteriosclerosis, arterial hypertension. The total area can be from 2 cm² to 50 cm². Most often, aneurysmal expansion is observed at the mouth of the cerebral vein and along the trunk of the middle cerebral artery.
