Arthritis Migratory

Migratory arthralgia is a series of 2 or more attacks of sharp, throbbing pain in one or both upper extremities, occurring at indeterminate intervals and passing without residual symptoms or signs of structural changes. Migratory polymyalgia occurs as muscle pain or spasm that occurs within minutes and resolves within hours or days. Symptoms often occur in cycles, lasting 6 months or more before worsening and then temporarily disappearing. Are migratory diseases genetic?

The disease cannot be considered a genetic pathology. However, most patients in this category have relatives with similar complaints. There are approximately 15 million people worldwide who suffer from migratory arthritis, or “migrane neurovisceral” (MNV). Research shows that at least 80% of people have a positive family history, with symptoms occurring in first-degree relatives.
