**Zymogenic granules** Zymogenic granules may contain vitamins B, C, carotene, eosin, organic acids, sodium bicarbonate and other substances. *Granules are divided:* according to their functional purpose into activating (pepper, garlic extract, fir oil or soap solution) enzyme (hydrochloric acid or bile), stabilizing (prevents rancidity of minced meat) and thinning glue. *Granules can be dry or liquid.*
