Arthritis Scleroderma

Sclerodermal arthritis is a common pathological process of various groups of joints, manifested in multiple or single lesions of the periarticular bursae and (or) joint capsule.

The following main causes of scleroderma can be identified:

- Hereditary (family) forms. Dominant. Such diseases include: adipose disease - and the actual muscular-bone form of scleroderma. - Viral. Leads to the development of secondary scleroderma: infection with Coxsackie virus, Epstein-Barr virus, herpes type 6. - Systemic diseases: lupus erythematosus (dermatopathy, etc.). - Skin diseases: urticaria pigmentosa. - Idiopathic, not fully studied.
