Ulcerative cutaneous aspergillosis (UCA) (also known as pyoderma infantile, erythrasma infantum, pyodisseminating skin infection of children, pentyrotrophic erythema of children, or meningococcemia) is a skin disease caused by a fungus of the genus Aspergillus. The incidence of ACO ranges from 2 to 5 cases per 1,000
