Badyaga for stretch marks on the stomach reviews

Hello! The topic of today's article is badyaga and its ability to fight stretch marks and other skin blemishes and defects.

Every modern woman dreams of beautiful, toned skin. Stretch marks (striae) do not appear by chance; there are many reasons for their formation. It is difficult to get rid of them without laser correction, but it is possible with the help of a new natural remedy in the form of Badyaga powder.

What are stretch marks?

These are terrible stripes of different colors on the skin. Appear due to mechanical damage, especially when the skin has been greatly stretched. For example, after pregnancy.

The skin is made up of tiny blood vessels, so when the connective tissue stretches, it produces pink-red stretch marks. Gradually, the skin tissue ages and the blood vessels die. The stripes fade and become white. Occurs due to the fact that the connective tissue does not contain pigments.

The main causes of stretch marks

  1. A sharp jump in weight;
  2. Pregnancy;
  3. Genetic factor;
  4. Puberty;
  5. Some endocrine diseases;
  6. Insufficient skin elasticity.

Is this a badyaga?

This is a natural preparation of animal origin, obtained by drying lake or river badyagi. It contains tiny silicon needles, previously intended for the frame of sponges.

When preparing the drug, the needles are crushed to a powder state. The drug is produced in different consistencies. Powder is preferable due to its concentration and the absence of additional impurities.

Effects of badyagi on the skin + photo

The product is very popular. Its use has an amazing smoothing and rejuvenating effect on the skin. Its action is similar to peeling - removing old layers of skin so that new, smooth and silky ones are formed in their place.

If the stretch marks are fresh, they “hid” without a trace. Small ones also disappear completely. Severely aged ones become almost invisible.

Each person's skin structure is individual, so the effect of polishing stretch marks with powder is different. What is important is desire and perseverance, persistence in achieving the desired effect.

Photos before and after using badyagi allow us to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of the product. The skin looks much younger, stretch marks are less noticeable, they do not disappear anywhere, but now they are hidden by new layers of skin.

Application

Wear gloves and dilute the required amount of powder in a small amount of water (the gentlest method is for sensitive skin), hydrogen peroxide (for normal skin) or olive oil (the strongest option) until “sour cream” forms.

Apply to problem areas of the skin, rubbing lightly in a circular motion. After a few minutes, the paste is washed off. In this case, tingling and itching are felt, and redness appears. It `s naturally. But if the itching is unbearable, then the remedy is not suitable.

For some time after the procedure, a “glass wool effect” is felt at the application sites.

Recipe for very old stretch marks

Badyagu can be mixed in water, or with hydrogen peroxide until a paste is obtained. A great way is to mix it with olive oil. Apply to problem areas for approximately 15-25 minutes (depending on skin sensitivity), placing cellophane on top. After the specified time has passed, wash off the slurry. Do not apply the cream after rinsing, as a crust will form within a few days (it does not look very pleasant, to put it mildly).

It is sprinkled with baby powder, or talcum powder. Try not to wet it with water. Within about seven days, the crust will fall off on its own; under no circumstances should you peel it off yourself.

8-12 such procedures need to be done. The effect depends on the quality of the skin damage, age, characteristics and individuality of the skin. Of course, procedures in beauty salons are more effective and polishing results are achieved faster, but not everyone is able to afford to pay a lot of money for such services.

Tips and Important Notes

  1. Consult your doctor;
  2. Do not apply the powder to skin with wounds and damage, or dermatological diseases;
  3. Before use, check for allergic reactions;
  4. Use during pregnancy is prohibited;
  5. If severe irritation occurs, prepare the mixture only with olive oil, reduce the application time;
  6. Do not use badyagu during periods of solar activity - from March to October. Do not sunbathe during treatment, as the skin will temporarily become more sensitive.

A mixture with hydrogen peroxide is the most aggressive for delicate female skin, this is important to understand. For women, this mixture can only be applied to the thighs and buttocks. Not on the chest. On the stomach - a mixture with water or olive oil is recommended, which, by the way, is also a preventive measure to prevent stretch marks.

Additional uses

Badyagu is also used for bruises, bruises, neuralgic pain, radiculitis and rheumatism, to smooth out scars and cicatrices. The photo below is an example of how easily the badyaga dealt with a burn scar:

Previously, the remedy was used in folk medicine, but is now widely used for treatment in official medicine. In the 19th century badyagu was used even after corporal punishment as a healing remedy for scars and pain relief. In the 20th century it was included in many homeopathic medicines.

Reviews about the use of badyagi against stretch marks

Overall, it’s not a very pleasant procedure, but I was pleased with the result: the skin color became smoother and the stretch marks themselves seemed to have bulged out slightly, and when I now run my hand over my stomach, I don’t feel them so clearly. I plan to repeat it 2 times a month.

Regarding the pain: the first time I was terribly scared, I was afraid that I wouldn’t survive (after reading the reviews). But here's how things really are:
The first time I rubbed my skin with the badyaga for just a little bit a minute or two (I felt like it was absolutely tolerable)

The main thing is:
1) do it at night
2) walk with the badyaga for no more than 25 minutes, the first time 15 minutes
3) wear a big T-shirt or a top (the principle is this: if you move, it hurts, if you don’t move, it doesn’t hurt)
4) do not apply oils after badyagi

Conclusion: to really get results, I would recommend highlighting problem areas on the body with a felt-tip pen (in order to completely treat the problem area, otherwise a small part of my stretch marks was left out) and rub the badya for 4-5 minutes, using sufficient force (! ). The procedure is extremely unpleasant, but that’s exactly how effective it is. Otherwise, the discomfort from the badyagi is the same, and the peeling is insignificant or absent at all.

Where to buy badyagu?

You can buy badyagu in any pharmacies. Available in both gel and powder form. A new badyaga with ready-made proportions and a convenient dispenser has appeared on sale, prepared for women's convenience in achieving beauty and good mood.

Are there better ways to get rid of stretch marks?

Of course, there are, for example, not powder, but creams using badyagi - they are much softer and do not cause burns, however, the desired effect will take much longer to achieve.

Another thing is balanced creams containing a whole range of substances that have a beneficial effect on the skin:

Organic stretch mark cream >>”Mangosteen”

+ Accelerates recovery and healing

+ Firms and rejuvenates the skin

+ Has anti-inflammatory properties

Stretch marks are an extremely unpleasant thing. All you have to do is relax a little, gain a few extra kilos, and now unpleasant purple stretch marks run down your stomach, sides and thighs... They are easy to get, but difficult to get rid of. From some, it’s completely impossible: stretch marks are not fat that a good diet and exercise burn off. But why not walk around for the rest of your life painted like a zebra? No and no again! We don’t give up, but arm ourselves with another gift of nature, freshwater badyagi, and begin the fight for a beautiful body.

Beneficial properties of river sponge

What is badyaga? Just a dried and powdered freshwater - river or lake - sponge. It costs nothing to find it on the shelves of almost any pharmacy:

  1. Badyaga powder is a 100% natural product without any impurities;
  2. badyaga in the form of a gel or cream is supplied with auxiliary substances that are designed to accelerate cell regeneration, and is also supplemented with flavors and dyes.

The first drug is harsh but effective. The second contacts the skin more delicately, but the result from its use is usually much less pronounced: the sponge in the composition of gels and creams is ground too finely to have a significant effect on the epidermis.

How exactly should badyaga restore smoothness and elasticity to the body? The fact is that sponge spicules (a kind of miniature skeletal elements thanks to which these organisms maintain their shape) consist of silicon. When applied to the skin, its microscopic but sharp “shards” irritate and injure the epidermis, forcing it to launch regenerative processes at full capacity. As a result, blood circulation accelerates, dead cells fly off the body, living cells actively divide, the rate of elastin production increases, and the skin renews itself and becomes more elastic.

An additional advantage is the spongin protein contained in badiag, which provides an anti-inflammatory effect. It’s not for nothing that sponge powder has been used for a long time to remove bruises, pimples and acne marks, as well as to give the skin softness and a pleasant, even glow.

Body treatment with badyaga can rightfully be compared to salon polishing. True, a ground sponge acts more coarsely than a professional cosmetologist armed with a laser or preparations based on fruit acids would do. But it is affordable for any woman and bears fruit: after just a few procedures, stretch marks become less pronounced, and if they were barely noticeable before, they disappear completely.

It is believed that fresh purplish-red striae are easier to remove than old white ones. In addition, the effectiveness of badyagi depends on the type of skin and the number of procedures performed. However, let us honestly warn you: not every woman will dare to endure a full course of 5–10 polishings. You experience very strong sensations.

How to use badyagu against stretch marks

How to use badyagu? It depends on the sensitivity of your skin, the depth of the stretch marks and their location.

Home polishing procedure

Before you take active steps, do not forget to check yourself for individual intolerance to badyaga. Moisten a pinch of powder with water or take a few drops of gel, apply to a small area of skin at the bend of the elbow, and then observe it for a quarter of an hour. If there is no significant itching or swelling, you can safely continue.

Preparation

  1. Take a hot shower to thoroughly steam your body.
  2. If the skin is not particularly sensitive, do a gentle exfoliation of the areas that you are going to polish with the help of a badya: for example, go over them with a scrub of granulated sugar with vegetable oil or a mixture of coffee grounds and shower gel. But if you have thin and sensitive skin, it is better to skip this stage - it will already face a difficult test.
  3. Dry with a thick towel.

Main part

Now put on rubber gloves and apply one of the following mixtures to your body:

  1. badyagi powder, combined with vegetable (olive, sunflower, linseed) oil to a creamy consistency and enhanced with 2-3 drops of essential citrus oil - for very thick and rough skin;
  2. powder mixed with a bottle of hydrogen peroxide (no more than 3%) to the same thickness - for normal skin;
  3. badyaga, diluted with plain water to the consistency of liquid sour cream, is suitable for moderately sensitive skin;
  4. badyaga in powder, diluted with several spoons of the same product in the form of a gel, is suitable for more delicate areas of the body;
  5. for thin sensitive skin, you can try grinding the powder with Fitolysin cream, which has a slight analgesic effect;
  6. The gel itself can be used on any part of the body.

After treating areas of the body with stretch marks with badya, gently massage them for a few minutes, then wrap them in cling film and wait a little. For the first time, 15 minutes is enough, later this time can be increased to 45 minutes, provided that you do not experience a strong burning sensation. On sensitive skin, the mixture can be left without a film, just let it dry in the open air.

Those who strive to achieve noticeable results in the shortest possible time often lose their sense of proportion by combining sponge powder with gel, essential oil, water and hydrogen peroxide at the same time. Not the smartest approach! By turning badyaga into “Olivier” from many components, you will only make it more aggressive towards the skin, but will have little effect on the effectiveness of the mixture.

Completion

Remove dried powder with lukewarm water without using detergents and gently pat your body with a clean towel.

After a few days, the skin in the “polished” areas will begin to flake and peel off. Do not help her by tearing off the formed crusts, let this process complete naturally! Also, be prepared for the fact that on the 2-3rd day after the procedure you will experience the main surge of painful sensations: the skin will begin to actively recover, letting you know about it with itching and burning. Only after it regains its normal appearance, becomes pink and smooth, can you think about reusing the badyagi.

On average, resurfacing is performed once every 2 weeks, and the total course is 10 procedures.

Some useful tips for using the product

  1. Schedule your polishing session on a Friday evening to give yourself a couple of days to rest and recover.
  2. Apply the badyagu while standing in the bathroom: this way you won’t have to pick up spilled powder from the floor.
  3. After the procedure, do not use softening and cooling creams and gels, so as not to aggravate the condition of the skin, already damaged by silicon fragments. You risk infection or chemical burns. But the use of medicinal wound-healing ointments such as Panthenol, salicylic alcohol and talc is allowed.
  4. For 2-3 days, try not to wet the skin on the damaged areas and avoid exposing it to the sun to avoid the appearance of age spots.
  5. It is advisable to wear loose clothing made from natural fabrics at this time.

Severe redness, itching and even slight swelling are normal after grinding with a brush. But if the discomfort does not subside within 3-5 days or, even worse, pus appears from under the flaky skin, be sure to see a doctor.

Badyaga cannot be used:

  1. for allergy sufferers - for obvious reasons;
  2. for people with a low pain threshold, it is better for them to switch to less harsh methods of dealing with stretch marks;
  3. for women during pregnancy and breastfeeding - the painful procedure will definitely not benefit either the pregnant lady or the young mother;
  4. those who find rashes, scratches or irritations on areas of the body with stretch marks;
  5. those who have been diagnosed with any skin disease.

Subtleties of the procedure on different parts of the body

Even if you have chosen a recipe that suits you best, do not rush to use it as needed. The skin on different parts of the body differs significantly in its characteristics and what the heels tolerate, for example, can result in serious trouble for the face and neck.

If your main problem area is on the hips and buttocks, you can go easy on it. Here it is permissible to use mixtures with bodyaga for normal and rough skin, moderately active massage and plastic film.

The stomach requires more gentle handling. Gently rub gentle mixtures of powder with ointment or gel into his skin and do not leave them on for long. 20–30 minutes is the optimal time.

Breasts are the most tender part of the body. You need to handle it with extreme caution, choosing exclusively ready-made gels and creams to combat stretch marks. The effect of them may not appear so quickly, but the skin will not lose its elasticity and will not become covered with spots.

User reviews

NEVER USE BODYAGA IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN! I am a patient girl, and have undergone many procedures, but this is the most terrible thing that has happened in my life! BE SURE TO TEST ON A SMALL ARTICLE OF SKIN the exact bodyagu you are going to use. I used to deal with this product and had no problems (I used it on my face), I decided to become a beauty, I didn’t expect THIS to happen... In general: BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS MEDIUM! Take care of your skin...

Having mixed the badyagu with sunflower oil, I rubbed it over my striped butt until oblivion for about 15 minutes, and then I wrapped all this beauty in cling film and began to wait. The burning of the fifth point lasted half an hour, when I began to wash off this beauty, I cried from the burning sensation, the feeling that there were hundreds of small fragments in the skin. It was red and hot, as if from a burn. For a week I walked with a limp (it hurt!), it felt like they were rubbing glass on my butt. After a week and a half, the skin began to peel off in crusts and renew itself. Stretch marks have become smaller on the new skin. I think if I carried out this procedure 10 times in a row, it is possible that the stretch marks would become almost invisible. But I only dared to do this procedure twice.

The first time I diluted the badyagi powder with water and kept it under the film for about 30 minutes. It tingled a little, the skin turned slightly red and that was all. No result. I realized that my skin is made of reinforced concrete and I need a more aggressive approach. Next time I diluted it with peroxide. She rubbed it, not sparing herself, and sat under the film for 40 minutes. I'll be honest - it hurts. The skin is burning, red - I realized that this time I definitely burned it. The next day it was even worse. It hurts to walk, it hurts to touch, it feels glassy. Then it finally started to climb around. Girls, there is definitely a result. The skin is smoother, stretch marks have become less deep. They're really leaving. I am very happy and, of course, I will continue. I'm going to do it 4 more times before spring. In the spring I will actively nourish my skin and do massages so that by summer I will be super.

The skin became very red (something similar to a sunburn or like being rolled in glass wool). I was on sedatives for three days and almost went crazy. On the seventh or eighth day the skin peeled off (I lost my tan and I ended up with spots). Horrible! There is an effect, the stretch marks are a little even with the skin, but to make them almost invisible you will need exactly 10–15 procedures! Personally, I won’t dare to do this; I will use less effective means, because nerve cells are not restored. But if you are determined that all means are good in the struggle for beauty, this is for you!

I would recommend rubbing the badya for 4-5 minutes, using sufficient force. The procedure is extremely unpleasant, but that’s exactly how effective it is. Otherwise, the discomfort from the badyagi is the same, and the peeling is insignificant or absent at all. And also, I would like to note that it is unrealistic to repeat the procedure after 2-3 days, as many write. Well, only if the pain gives you pleasure and you are not afraid of the sores that are inevitable with such frequent and deep trauma to the skin. Girls, love yourself and take pity on your skin! 10 days is the period when the skin recovers, comes to its senses and is ready to take on a new blow from the bad guy.

Video: what are stretch marks and how to deal with them

Although they say that beauty requires sacrifice, it is definitely not worth sacrificing your health and peace for the sake of it. Does the idea of a badyagi seem worthy of attention to you? Buy powder or gel with a ground sponge at the pharmacy and test its capabilities in practice. But just don’t get carried away, act slowly and take precautions. Otherwise, what good, in addition to the zebra stripes, you will get leopard spots, burns or irritation!

Has anyone tried removing stretch marks at home? I heard that badyagi powder helps, but I don’t know how to use it for this. There are almost no funds for various pharmaceutical products, so I decided to check the badyagu, because clearvin only helped to lighten the cyanotic stretch marks. Did badyaga help someone and how did you use it? Or maybe there are still inexpensive remedies for stretch marks at home? (Homemade scrubs don’t help much; coffee, salt, sugar only “smooth out” stretch marks a little).

Unfortunately, stretch marks cannot be removed. Even salon procedures such as laser resurfacing, etc., do not help.

Stretch marks can be removed by making an artificial burn of the skin; this can be done with the help of bodyagi and hydrogen peroxide.

Here is an article on how to remove stretch marks.
http://www.ledisecrets.ru/2013/05/kak-navsegda-udalit-zastarelye.html

This is all bullshit. I tried creams, badyagu, and laser resurfacing.
Then fractional mesotherapy (these are millions of micro-punctures of 3-5 mm, which are replenished with new cells) swelled 100 thousand on the chest and abdomen, in the end the only thing that helped, and then they only went away by about 20%. In general, calm down.

Is it really that bad?

Why was it necessary to spend 100 thousand rubles? for all sorts of garbage, when it was possible to remove them with a laser for a third of this amount??

The thing is that if the skin is predisposed to the appearance of stretch marks, then prevention of their appearance should be done regularly.

After giving birth, I had very deep stretch marks on my legs and stomach, with the help of a badyagi I made them almost invisible! That summer I was embarrassed to even undress on the beach, this same year I sunbathe fully.
I diluted the bodyaga with hydrogen peroxide and thoroughly rubbed the problem areas!

Dear girls, NEVER USE BODYAGA IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. And in general, I do not recommend this procedure to anyone! I went through such hell with this, and even if it helps after using several procedures, I will certainly never do this again!! I am a patient girl, and have undergone many procedures (not related to the removal of stretch marks, others), but this is the most terrible thing that has happened in my life!! Probably it just didn’t suit me, but on the second day I woke up with a terrible, VERY AGGRESSIVE ITCHING. I already thought that I would die from painful shock))))) BE SURE TO CHECK ON A SMALL ARTICLE OF SKIN exactly the bodyagu you are going to use. I had dealt with this product before and had no problems (I used it on my face), and I thought that everything would be great, I decided to become a beauty, I never expected THIS to happen. They say that on the 3rd -4th day a crust should appear. I didn’t have one. Maybe I did something wrong?

I bought badyagi powder. I diluted the badya with peroxide, smeared it, and wrapped it in film. I don't feel a burning sensation. the skin is red, but does not burn, just tingles a little. Maybe I cheated too much or maybe I got some bad guy?

My stretch marks are already 4 years old, after the third baby I decided to take care of myself! Before that, in the intervals between pregnancies and during pregnancy, I made a coffee scrub and moisturizer, and a cream with mumiyo! The effect was on skin elasticity! I wanted to make them less noticeable, so I made a bodyagu! It’s still a month, I’ve done it 7 times, now the sensations are brighter from the body, pain, burning, and the skin peels off a little in 2-4 days, it’s clear that the stretch marks have become less deep! I will continue to act, hoping that the effect will double, and maybe triple. Good luck and patience to everyone, you need it with the bodyaga)

You can get rid of stretch marks, you’ve tested it on yourself! You just need to not be lazy and do wraps, scrubs, skin polishing every day, finally some peach oil and wrapped in a sheet, walked around until everything was well absorbed and took off. Contractubex gel for the night! After 3 months After giving birth, there were tiny and thin, barely noticeable stretch marks, until you looked closely you wouldn’t notice, but there were terribly torn stripes. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS DESIRE AND ACTION, NOT ***** WHINING AND STATEMENTS THAT STRETCH STRETCHES ARE FOREVER.

Badyaga seems to seriously injure the skin, it’s better not to mock yourself like that)) I rubbed bio-oil into the stretch marks and they became less visible. And no stress for the skin) Well, 100 tr. saved

I smeared the badyaga with peroxide about five times, and not for long - I left it on for about seven minutes, the skin never peeled off, the discomfort was usually a day or a little more. And I must say that there is an effect! I had very deep stretch marks on the inside. side of the thighs, and they have noticeably smoothed out. I will continue)) In general, girls, don’t give up!

Me again) Now, having read terrible “reviews” about peroxide, I replaced it first with oil, then with water. In total with peroxide already 10 times. Stretches on the inside side of the thighs disappeared! The rest have decreased moderately, but I'm still working on it. Pros: now after half an hour in a badya with water or an hour - with oil there is practically no discomfort. I think that further procedures (I need 7-10 more, I think) will take place without any problems or bad feelings at all.

I had a lot of them. And the old ones too. disappeared.. don’t waste money on laser and don’t listen to those who say you can’t remove them.

Hello! I want to share with you my experience with badyaga. After giving birth, I was left with terrible stretch marks everywhere, exactly everywhere except my arms and knees)))) they were on my stomach, just like a finger, it was simply terrible. I just didn’t try, the result was zero. This year I decided to save money for a laser and while I was reading about it all I came across an article about badyagu and decided to try the money, then pennies, in general, I just can’t believe my eyes that this is my body)))) there are almost none of them, but I still plan to make a couple procedures to be sure. In general, girls, try it and you won’t regret it)))) It hurts, but it’s honestly worth it.

I did not understand well. Do you need to carry out the procedure with badyaga and peroxide every day? Or about once a week?

Hello! How are you progressing in the fight against stretch marks? My question is: how often should I do it? More precisely, Every day or next time only after peeling? I’m probably the only man here) In general, I also have stretch marks, and since childhood! When I was little, I thought it was a tan (on my butt and thighs), when I grew up, the girl noticed and began to constantly mock me at home. I broke up with the girl a long time ago, but I can’t part with the complex that she instilled in me. I tried different methods, did 2 laser resurfacings, it was practically useless (several very small ones were taken, but this is nonsense) I spent about 30,000 rubles for these procedures. I tried it every day - every other day, scrub it with a coffee scrub and apply cream with mumiyo, it’s generally useless, it only makes the skin a little softer. I tried bodyagu with peroxide, it’s generally *****, I’ve never experienced such pain in my life, for 3 days I felt like I was sitting on a cactus, and if I touched the skin, the pain intensified, then the skin began to itch terribly, then the skin I began to roll down like a snake (not a pleasant sight), at the end of this hell NOTHING HAS CHANGED! In general, they probably haven’t yet come up with that “miraculous” remedy for stretch marks(

Let's think sensibly! To begin with, it would be nice to understand what stretch marks are and “what they are eaten with”)) I’ll get by with a few words and simply say that this is the most common skin tear, only not external, but internal. The connective tissue that we can observe in the places of these breaks has neither collagen nor elastin, that is, no matter what you put on them, no matter how expensive creams and drugs you use, you will not restore the production of these substances! Now about the badyag itself and the fight against stretch marks. In order for at least some effect from this “miracle remedy” to be noticeable, it is NOT ENOUGH to simply apply it to problem areas in the form of wraps! With it, in “company” with hydrogen peroxide, it is necessary to carry out the most PEELING, and the peeling is the most merciless! Let me tell you straight away that the procedure is HELLFUL! That is, you need to rub SO that the hair on your head stands on end)) and this is not a joke now, since with the help of such peeling you get rid of not only the outer layer of the skin, but also affect the inner one, which is what we actually need in the fight against stretch marks. This is the same grinding, only at home. (Continued below)

After such a procedure, even if you decide to do it and endure it, the skin in the sanded areas will VERY burn initially, you can’t use any creams, you can sprinkle it with baby powder and just endure it. These places will be very sore for another three days and tingle unpleasantly, especially when something touches them. It is not advisable to wet these places with water, especially warm water, all this time; it is necessary for the skin to dry out and begin to flake off more quickly. And it will begin to peel off in about a week, and quite well. Naturally, you can’t rip it off; you need to be patient and wait until this whole process completes itself. And as soon as the skin is completely restored, all pain and discomfort has left you, you can repeat the procedure. Everything that I described above happened to me personally, so you don’t think that this is some kind of information from the Internet. It really hurts, but beauty requires sacrifice)) In no case is this a recommendation, I’m just sharing my experience. If anyone decides, MUST check your skin’s reaction to this peeling on a small area before the procedure, and such procedures should absolutely not be done on sensitive skin. I won’t say that I noticed a huge result, BUT there are some changes, the skin turgor has become noticeably better, the skin has tightened, become more elastic (in these places it is usually flabby), visually the stretch marks have narrowed a little. I have only done three such sandings so far, but I am going to continue further to achieve the maximum result I need, plus I will slightly adjust some details. It seems that the drug Contractubex has proven itself well as an assistant in this matter. I plan to lubricate areas with stretch marks with it immediately after grinding with a badyagi. I can post about the results as soon as possible if anyone is interested)) Good luck to everyone and beautiful, healthy, glowing skin))
