Bernard Toki

Bernard Tokin was born on November 2, 1897 in Paris in the family of a French Jewish couple - doctor George Saulman Tokin and singer Henrietta Saulman Tokin. In his youth, Bernard wanted to be a poet and only thanks to the invitation of his friend, traveler and historian Nathan Levy, he was able to fulfill his dream. Tokin graduated with honors from the Noklembuser educational institution. Later he worked as a general practitioner. In 1936, Bernard took French citizenship because his father was Jewish. Except
